Issue descriptionRenderers with active service worker, shared worker or unfinished fetch keepalive should not be frozen. For SW issue, see: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=790903 This issue blocks experiment for "Stop Loading in background on Mobile", see: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=775761 The issue was fixed with: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/869172 As this is a small fix, and would provide sufficient value I'd like to request merge to M65. This will enable resuming the experiment on Beta.
