Chrome 63 devtools keeps auto refreshing page and displaying errors in console

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open devtools on a page
2. The text "img" will appear in the console from VM
3. The page will auto refresh, and will keep doing so when you navigate through the site

What is the expected behavior?
The page not to auto refresh/crash

What went wrong?
This error suddenly appeared in chrome 63, and affects all websites

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 63.0.3239.132 using Mac 10.13.3 with steps mentioned below. Attaching screeencast for reference.

 Opened devtools console and navigated to Amazon.com -- Observed no error message and no crash/auto refresh.

@Reporter: Could you please check the video and let us know if we miss anything. Could you please upgrade chrome to latest stable(i.e; 64.0.3282.140) and get back to us with the behaviour? Also Please check the issue on fresh profile which do not have any apps/Extensions.
