Remove last signed-in user from Chrome's memory if user clicks "UNDO" in confirmation dialogue

Project Member Reported by ew...@chromium.org, Feb 5 2018

Issue description

See b/72512791. Note: this isn't related specifically to Dice.

If a user goes through the "sign into Chrome" flow and clicks "UNDO" in the confirmation dialogue, we should clear the preference that remembers the last-signed-in user. Since the user never actually started syncing, we shouldn't need to prompt them with the merge warning dialogue if they sign in with a different account subsequently.

Relatively low priority, given the edge case nature.

I don't think this is related to Issue 809617
I haven't tried, but I would expect this bug to still exist.
