Bug in Google Chrome latest version after clearing Searched History

Hi Google, 

I don't know clearly that how to report a problem to you but it knows that there is a bug in Google Chrome latest version 64.0.3282.137 

The bug which I'm facing that when I clear the Searched History then search blue line is increasing. That means after the clearing of history, search engine running fastly to searched website.

Please fix this bug early because this is misbehaving with our phone.
