We should add a setting to totally turn off the keyboard and/or touchpad in accessibility settings. We would have to think through logic here, for example how you could turn them back on and not get stuck in that mode. Teachers said that they have certain students who have low motor skills or other disabilities and just place their whole hands on the keyboard and it can be really disruptive to what they are doing. They had the idea to have this as a setting in accessibility settings, and then make it so that a specific sequence of key presses, like Ctrl + Escape would be the way to turn the keyboard back on. Sounded like keyboard was more critical than creating a setting for disabling the trackpad, but we should think through that, as well.
