VR: With keyboard field focused, launching Chrome from DD home shows keyboard briefly.

Issue description

With VR intents and DD home icon flags on:
1. Launch Chrome
2. Tap into Omnibox
3. Hit home button
4. Launch Daydream
5. Select Chrome icon from 'Library'
6. Go through controller pairing, etc.
7. See keyboard while entering VR.

I couldn't reproduce it with the omnibox, but with a text field in the web contents. And the keyboard stays there.

Keyboard stays there for me too. I'll mark  bug 866938  which I just logged on this, as a dupe.

(1) Enter VR browsing and go to google.com
(2) Click in the search bar to bring up the VR keyboard.
(3) Press the controller home button to exit and bring up Daydream Home screen.
(4) Click on the Chrome link to re-open Chrome

 Issue 866938  has been merged into this issue.
I can't repro this; seems like the keyboard state (visible or not) is remembered when you reenter your session, which seems fine.

I also cannot repro. Pixel 2 XL, Android P, Chrome 73.0.3645.0
