duthie.sean@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.12.6 on the reported version 63.0.3239.132, latest Stable 64.0.3282.168 and Canary 66.0.3348.0 by following the steps given above. On the latest Stable, on loading the given html file and hovering over the first and second text box, can see Given name and Family name displayed. On entering 't' in the third text box, can see 'Test' in the drop down. This behavior is not observed in the reported version 63.0.3239.132. Attached is the screen cast of the behavior in latest Stable for reference. Request you to please check and confirm if anything is missed from our end in triaging the issue. Also request you to retry the issue by updating Chrome to the latest Stable and on a new profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations. Thanks..

I can confirm that filling datalist textbox works, but the other autocomplete fields still do not work. If I click on the given name or family name text boxes and select from the dropdown the value is not populated.

duthie.sean@ Thanks for the Feedback. Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, Mac OS 10.12.6 and Ubuntu 14.04 on the latest Canary 66.0.3350.0 and Stable 64.0.3282.168. On loading the html page provided in the original comment, can observe that the values are not populated in the first two text boxes. Attached is the screen cast for reference. This is a Non-Regression issue as this behavior is observed from M60 Chrome builds. Hence marking this as Untriaged for further updates from Dev. Thanks..
