Steps to reproduce : 
1. Launch chrome.
2. Goto chrome://crash
3. Tap on Suggestions.
4. Scroll down to  "Step 2: Clear your cache"
 
Observed results:
Notice that lower case letters(t) for “New Incognito tab” and (b and d) displayed “Clear browsing data”

Note : Upper case letters are displayed in Incognito "Learn More" and Privacy "Learn More" screen

Expected results:
Upper case letters should be displayed.
