'Your Entire Screen' is displayed as a button instead of label on Share your screen' popup

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Call share screen API - chrome.desktopCapture.chooseDesktopMedia() in Chrome extension.
2. 'Share your screen' popup is displayed.

What is the expected behavior?
'Your Entire Screen' is displayed as a label

What went wrong?
'Your Entire Screen' is displayed as button instead of label

Reporter@ Thanks for the issue.

Able to reproduce this issue on Mac OS 10.12.6 on the latest Canary 66.0.3342.0 and Stable 64.0.3282.140.
The Share your screen option is seen as a label on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04.

On adding the Screen castify extension and Hangouts, can see the Share your screen popup displayed as a Button.
This behaviour is seen from M60 Chrome builds. Hence this is a Non-Regression issue.
Attached is the screen shot for reference.
