What does this bug mean? I assume this means it fails the upstream WPT?
Yeah in particular it seems you don't reflect opener as a getter/setter (no "get" when inspecting the descriptor), or perhaps something else is amiss.
Summary: WPT html/browsers/windows/auxiliary-browsing-contexts/opener-setter.window.js fails in Chrome (was: window.opener binding is incorrect)

This is a known issue. Currently Blink does not support getting the Incumbent realm. For cross origin accessible properties, Blink is using the current v8::Context without having accessor properties because it looks very close to the Incumbent realm (not exactly same, though).

We'd like to make all IDL attributes accessor properties, and we need to support the true Incumbent realm beforehand. I've been working to support the true Incumbent realm. I'll be back once we support the Incumbent realm.
