Profile Pic is not getting updated | Gmail.com

Issue description

Chrome Version       : Version 64.0.3282.140 
URLs (if applicable) :https://mail.google.com
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari: FAIL version 5.1.7
    Firefox: FAIL version 48.0
       Edge: FAIL version 41.16299.15.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Login to Gmail.com
(2)Change your profile picture
(3)click on set as profile photo

What is the expected result?
Profile photo should have updated .


What happens instead?
Instead of updating the profile picture if you refresh the account then the picture will get removed and it will show only on chat window.


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This is an issue with gmail and not the Chrome browser itself. Suggest you report feedback at https://support.google.com As this bug reporting tool is for issues with the Chrome/Chromium browser and not Google websites.
