Chrome does not support CSS Selectors 4 :is()

Chrome Version: 63.0.3239.132
OS: Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open the following link: https://jsfiddle.net/victoriaytsu/L4kn30um/
(2) Click Run.

What is the expected result?
The word "Green" should be green and the word "Red" should be red.

What happens instead?
The word "Red" is not red.
