What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Take machine to somewhere that it doesn't have Wi-Fi access
(2) Add a new user to the machine
(3) Dialog appears saying "you must connect to a network"
(4) Select a WPA network
(5) Type in password, then press enter

What is the expected result?

Connection starts.

What happens instead?

Nothing happens. You have to click the "Connect" button.

This is a regression vs. the old views-based UI.
