Crashing all the time

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version:
Operating system: android 7.0

URLs (if applicable): all

Steps to reproduce:
(1)after start, it crashes 
(2)
(3)

Expected result:start


Actual result: crash

Resetting all settings and/or cleaning cache doesn't help
