Tested the issue on the issue in Android and could not reproduce the issue. 1. Launched Chrome 2. Navigated to https://pclab.pl/art60402.html 3. Scroll down the page 4. Able to play the video Chrome versions tested: 66.0.3338.0 Android: 6.0.1, 7.0.0 Device: Samsung J7, S7 Marcin@ -- Could you please check in latest available Canary and update Thanks

The video doesn't auto play you need to tap it to get it to play. Could that be the issue you are experiencing? It works for me on Canary.

YES, I was tapping on it and nothing happens. I was also trying many other things and it still doesn't work. Like written above: I will be more than happy to help with debugging but need TECHNICAL details what and how troubleshoot

Able to reproduce the issue using #66.0.3340.3 on Samsung S7 6.0.1 on enabling data saver. Observed the video file isn't loading. This seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behaviour is seen since older builds Please navigate to below link for log's and video-- go/chrome-androidlogs/808824 Thanks!!
