In desktop view basic stock chart not shown (Flash plugin not support)

Issue description

Mito G4 Plus
From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version:
Operating system:
Android 7.0.0
URLs (if applicable):
http://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/refineries/relianceindustries/RI
Steps to reproduce:
(1)In desktop view basic stock chart not shown
(Flash plugin not support)

Expected result:
Basic Chart should shown

Actual result:
Basic Chart not shown

Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. Similar behavior is observed since Chrome #59.0.3030.0

Steps Followed:
1. Launched the Chrome Browser.
2. Navigate to the URL: http://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/refineries/relianceindustries/RI
3. Tap on Chrome Settings and check the option "Desktop site"
4. Observed that "Basic Chart" is not displayed.

Chrome versions tested:
59.0.3030.0, 64.0.3282.137(Stable), 66.0.3336.4(Canary)

OS:
Android 8

Android Devices:
Pixel XL

This seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since M59. Untriaged for further input's on this issue.

Note: 
1. This issue is not observed in Desktop.
2. Similar issue is also observed on FireFox mobile version.
This issue is not happened with "Puffin Browser" (Android App in Play Store)
Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
Flash is not supported by Chrome on mobile. It displays in Puffin Browser because they render the flash content remotely on a server. Flash is a deprecated technology, suggest you contact the site author asking them to support an HTML version of the chart.
