3. Pull down is blank.  Microphone and camera work in every other browser on same site.  

What is the expected behavior?
Flash Player Settings Camera pull-down should show Integrated Camera.  Microphone should show Internal Microphone.

What went wrong?
Seemed to stop showing anything in the drop down with the latest version of Chrome (64).
