I believe the performance has recovered after the CL https://crrev.com/c/939381, point ID #541452
Bisect can't reproduce a difference but I've already seen a similar reproducibility issue on this benchmark. The bisect job (https://pinpoint-dot-chromeperf.appspot.com/job/14ff4969440000) shows a different distribution than we observe on performance graphs.
