Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: sadly but I don't really know. I opened Chrome over Atom to visit the Linter Github Site, then something happens, but I wasn't seeing it because I was looking somewhere else, not the Computer screens. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? I'm using windows 10 and after opening chrome and visiting 1 or 2 sites, the last one you can see on the images, I was trying to resize chrome and then this happens with the UI also my PC was first turning all screens black, no Idea. I added 2 screen shots and one of the DMP file I found, I'm not sure if the DMP file is needed but better to be sure. Did this work before? Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version 63.0.3239.132 using windows 10with steps mentioned below: 1) Launched chrome reported version 2) Navigated to 2 or 3 websites along with atomlinter.github.io and tried resizing the page 3) Able to see same UI on the page @Reporter: Please find the attached screen cast for your reference and let us know if we missed anything in reproducing the issue. Try to test this issue by creating new person with no apps and extensions in it and let us know if the issue still persists. Thanks!
