VR: Show DOFF when clicking sign-in on any NativePage (eg. NTP)

Issue description

When the user asks to sign in, a new Activity is launched, which kicks the user out of VR.

We should explain to the user that they'll have to exit VR, show DOFF, then take them to sign-in.
