Flexbox parent with negative text-indent with pseudo child

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set parent to flexbox
2. Give it a pseudo-element
3. Set text-indent to a negative value.

What is the expected behavior?
Every word stays on the same line.

What went wrong?
Last word of the content always flows onto a new line.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes 63

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.140  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

The pseudo-element may not be need to replicate this. Any flex or inline-flex element.

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 64.0.3282.140 and on the latest canary 66.0.3340.0 using windows 10 with the below mentioned steps.
1. Launched Chrome
2. Navigated to https://codepen.io/anon/pen/YewpXe
3. Observed the text is in a single line
4. Typed some text and still observed the text is in a single line.
