Auto Sign in

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Auto sign in doesnt work when i close chrome
2. I need to click login on websites each time i reopen chrome 
3. Auto sign in bot is checked and cookies are enabled(Also smart lock is enabled)

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Started happening yesterday. No idea why.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'>  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 28.0 r0

Hello...it works fine now after i updated to the version below.
Google Chrome	64.0.3282.140 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: 64_140_win)
