What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >>Open chrome://settings page and set the Font size to 'Very Large'
(2)Go to Network section/Add connection >>click on Add Wi-Fi >>Select WEP at security field and Observe

Actual: Overlapping of text is seen
Expected: No such overlapping should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 64.0.3282.134/10176.65.0 beta channel falco

Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
