Review pages included in key_mobile_sites_pages

The key_mobile_sites page set hasn't been updated for a number of years.  Some old and obscure pages have been removed, e.g. Google News here: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/897970

Creating this issue as a reminder to review top mobile sites and refresh this page set.

We could use both Internals>GPU and Internals>Metrics maybe? or a separate Internals>GPU>Metrics?

A single label as Internals>GPU>Metrics may be better for searching and triage.
