Cannot type ellipsis (Shengluehao, …) in Chinese Pinyin IME

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS aarch64 10032.86.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.140 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10032.86.0 (Official Build) stable-channel kevin

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Switch to Chinese IME
2. Type Shift+6 (the most common way to type ellipsis in other IME commonly available on Windows/Linux/macOS)

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
