Currently Tricium sends messages to Gerrit CLs:

 (1) At the start of an AnalyzeRequest (ReportLaunched),
 (2) With the comments from each analyzer (ReportResults), and
 (3) At the end of each workflow (ReportCompleted).

Sending comments with results as results come in is probably something we will generally always want, since some analyzers may be fast and others may be slow (although batching results might cut down on the number of comment requests).

However, we can probably stop reporting the start and end of each workflow given that there is a plugin showing results.

If there's not any need in the near future to report results, ReportLaunched and ReportCompleted could potentially be removed. However, this may be less important if we can prevent people from getting email messages for all of these comments ( bug 808122 ).
