This is a bug reporting tool for Google Chrome.

It sounds like you have an issue with Google Sheets and you should consult:
https://support.google.com/ for further help.

I presume what you see happens in other browsers (like Edge or FireFox correct?)

Now checking on the Edge, Firefox.

I checked in the FireFox. I can see the situation.
Since it happens in FireFox then you need to request support from
https://support.google.com/ for further help.

This bug tracker is only for issues with the Chrome/Chromium browser product not websites you might load in it.
