Access to microphone fails

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.89 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use https://test.webrtc.org/ (or a videoconference on https://highfive.com/)
2. Allow access to camera and webcam
3. Failure

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
[ FAILED ] Failed to get access to local media due to error: NotFoundError

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.89  Channel: stable
OS Version: Debian sid
Flash Version: 

Could also reproduce on 62.0.3202.89 as packaged in Debian buster (currently “testing”)
 
I can't figure out how to assign this to component:Blink>GetUserMedia>Mic  :/
PS: This works fine on Google Chrome 64.0.3282.119

Thanks for filing the issue!

As per comment#2 by reporter which says, the issue is not seen on 64.0.3282.119 hence marking it as won't fix. Requesting reporter to upgrade the chrome to the latest stable where the issue is Fixed.
