Page Zoom percentage displays different in control an customize google chrome and setting options

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.119 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. click on control an customize google chrome options 2. Click on + sign and increase percentage 3. observe that the page zooms 4. Go to setting observe that it displaying default percentage of page (which is 100%) What is the expected behavior? the expected behavior is it should be in sync with both options What went wrong? Both options displays different percentage and both are not in sync if we increase or decrease the percentage from one options then it will not reflected to other options. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3282.119 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: The same case i have submitted in chrome report bug option.

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 64.0.3282.119 and on the latest canary 66.0.3336.0 using Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.13.1. As the issue is seen from M60(60.0.3072.0) considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged. Thanks!
