Javascript debugger breaks when window.open is called

Reported by roger@versluis.ca, Feb 1 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.70 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Repro case here: https://jsfiddle.net/xa2bjxz0/

1. Add a window.open in code assigned to a variable
2. Set a breakpoint on or any line before
3. Run the script
4. When the breakpoint is hit keep stepping until window.open is reached
5. Step over

What is the expected behavior?
It should continue execution of the script after it has opened the window

What went wrong?
As soon as the window is opened the debugger stops and breakpoints after the window.open line are ignored.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.119 Channel: beta

It looks fixed in ToT. Feel free to file another issue if it is still reproducible.
