Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. create a script which performs a 301 redirect on a server
2. Turn on disable cache in the developer tools
3. visit the url and get redirected
4. change the redirection location in the script
5. revisit the url

What is the expected behavior?
Following the new URL not the one in cache

What went wrong?
it used the value from cache
