Regression: unnecessary focus stays in find in page even after opening sign in to chrome overlay.

Issue descriptionChrome Version:64.0.3282.140 (Official Build) Revision a06bc1d5e8e285c70078802de990c1719ccc75e8-refs/branch-heads/3282@{#631} (64 Bit) OS: Mac(10,12,6, 10.13.1, 10.13.3) Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome , open NTP and navigate to chrome://apps/ 2. Now open find in page by pressing Ctrl+f ,click on sign in link on page and observe. Actual: Unnecessary focus stays in find in page even after opening sign in to chrome overlay. Expected: Focus should be transfer to find in page after opening sign in to chrome overlay. This is Regression issue broken in 'M-64' and Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good Build:64.0.3257.0 Bad Build:64.0.3258.0 You are probably looking for a change made after 513738 (known good), but no later than 513739 (first known bad). This should not be related to my change. I'm however a good owner for this, so I will keep the bug. I do not think this should be a P1 though. Note that we are also currently working on using a full tab for signing in to Chrome, so this bug will be obsolete in M65.
