Regression: unnecessary focus stays in find in page even after opening sign in to chrome overlay.

Issue description

Chrome Version:64.0.3282.140 (Official Build) Revision a06bc1d5e8e285c70078802de990c1719ccc75e8-refs/branch-heads/3282@{#631} (64 Bit) 
OS: Mac(10,12,6, 10.13.1, 10.13.3) 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome , open NTP and navigate to chrome://apps/
2. Now open find in page by pressing Ctrl+f ,click on sign in link on page and observe.
 
Actual: Unnecessary focus stays in find in page even after opening sign in to chrome overlay.
Expected: Focus should be transfer to find in page  after opening sign in to chrome overlay.

This is Regression issue broken in 'M-64' and Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

Good Build:64.0.3257.0
Bad Build:64.0.3258.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 513738 (known good), but no later than 513739 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

NOTE:   
1.Issue is also seen on M-64 Beta (Build #64.0.3282.119), M-65 Dev(Build #65.0.3325.31) and M-66 (Build #66.0.3336.0)                                  
2.Issue is not seen on Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04 LTS)

This should not be related to my change. I'm however a good owner for this, so I will keep the bug. I do not think this should be a P1 though.

Note that we are also currently working on using a full tab for signing in to Chrome, so this bug will be obsolete in M65.
