Focus is observed on google logo in passwords.google.com

Chrome Version:64.0.3282.140 Revision	a06bc1d5e8e285c70078802de990c1719ccc75e8-refs/branch-heads/3282@{#631}(32/64 bit)

OS:Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.3 , 10.13.1),Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04 LTS).

Steps to reproduce:

(1) Launch chrome navigate to gmail.com.
(2) Login with valid credentials and visit chrome://settings/passwords and navigate to password.google.com
(3) Click on 'bin' icon of saved passwords and undo and observe.

Actual: Focus is observed on google logo.

Expected: Focus should not be observed on google logo.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-60 build #60.0.3072.0.
  
NOTE:   
1.Issue is also seen on M-64 Beta (build # 64.0.3282.119),M-65 Dev(build #65.0.3325.31) and canary M-66(build #66.0.3336.0).

Because it's not a Chrome bug but site's I'm closing this one.
