Issue description
Chrome Version: 66.0.3336.0 (Official Build)Revisionf9c9c93a13722b535707412b677f2cfb187fd17c-refs/heads/master@{#533409} (32/64-bit)
OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.3) and Linux(14.04 LTS).
Pre-Condition: Install the extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/pdf-viewer/oemmndcbldboiebfnladdacbdfmadadm/related?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon).
Test URL: https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/pdf/sat-practice-test-1.pdf
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, Go to the above URL and run Audit from devtools.
2. Click on print button seen on pdf viewer and rotate counterclockwise twice.
3. Right click and select inspect from context menu.
4. Refresh the devtools window using 'F5' and observe.
Actual: PDF appears left cornered after refreshing from devtools window.
Expected: PDF should be seen properly after refreshing from devtools window.
This is a regression issue, broken in M-65 series, Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good Build:65.0.3324.0(Revision:530028)
Bad Build:65.0.3325.0(Revision:530369)
You are probably looking for a change made after 530033 (known good), but no later than 530034 (first known bad).
CHANGE-LOG URL:
The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

This is probably due to the lighthouse audit script doesn't call Emulation.clearDeviceMetricsOverride when it exits. Paul, can you help to investigate? Thanks!
