Non-Regression:Focus is seen missing on the checkbox near 'Update firmware..' in powerwash overlay when the language is Arabic.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build >> In OOBE screen,Choose the Language 'Arabic' and Sign into user.
(2)In Sign out screen, Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R to get powerwash overlay
(3)In Powerwash overlay,press tab and Observe the focus on 'Update firmware..' checkbox(Kindly refer video)

Actual:While tabbing focus is seen missing on the checkbox near 'Update firmware..' when the language is Arabic
Expected:While tabbing focus should be seen on the checkbox near 'Update firmware..'when the language is Arabic.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

It's not web content. Remove Blink>HTML.

Could we verify this om M67?
This could have been already fixed in the  issue 812183 .
