Network table row alternation broken

Reported by nfd...@gmail.com, Feb 1 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.119 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Record more than a screenful of activity in the Network panel.
2. Scroll through the table.

What is the expected behavior?
Each row maintains a constant background color throughout.

What went wrong?
Each row's background flickers between white and gray.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.119 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.3
Flash Version:

This appears to be because the alternating row coloration is based on the set of *visible* rows, not the set of *all* rows.

Thanks for the report and the screencast. A fix for this has landed for M65+ (currently Dev and Canary channels), and will make its way to Beta and Stable soon.
