Note, I am the admin of Internals>Media>Capture. However, that component has now become overloaded with bugs for video capture (e.g., from webcams) as well as screen capture (e.g., tab capture). Indeed, for the general audience, "Capture" as a component name looks more like audio or video capture than screen capture. Thus, I believe the screen capture bugs should move to a separate "ScreenCapture" component.

This will also align better between the two teams that own each kind of "capture" to make triaging and prioritization a much easier process.
