Can't enable floating VK on Dru

Version: 66.0.3329.0 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable floating VK flag
(2) Restart
(3) Try to get into floating VK

What is the expected result?
Floating VK is available

What happens instead?
Can't find floating VK

Notes - tried on consumer account, tried on dru, and tried on multiple keyboard layouts.

I wasn't able to reproduce this on my Eve (66.0.3329.0). floating VK worked for me

I can reproduce it on my Dru.

I am using the latest Cros image and regenerate usr/share/chromeos-assets/input_methods/input_tools from google3

After setting floating vk flag enabled, I still couldn't find the icon to switch to floating keyboard.

Working on diagnosing now

Sorry, after restarting the Dru after replace the input_tools folder, floating keyboard works now.

So I believe it's fixed in google3 now, the normal users need to wait for the next release of the input extension.
