Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.119 Safari/537.36

What is the expected behavior?
Supposed to load https://discussions.apple.com

What went wrong?
Privacy Error displays for https://discussions.apple.com

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes 64.0.3282.119

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, mac 10.12.6 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #66.0.3335.5.

Marking WontFix/WorkingAsIntended. Apple is aware of this.
If it was an Apple problem, then wouldn’t it affect all versions of Google Chrome. The regular update channel versions don’t show this issue.
As noted on https://security.googleblog.com/2017/09/chromes-plan-to-distrust-symantec.html , this is rolling out with Chrome 66
