DevTools: info note should be on right after expanding a logged function

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Evaluate `console.dir(function abc(){})` in the DevTools Console
(2) Expand the function

What is the expected result?
The blue 'i' info note should be on the right of the function name

What happens instead?
The blue 'i' info note appears between the function name and the arrow

DevTools: fix info note order for logged functions

Functions formatted in console populate their element asynchronously
with their function name. This may result in the blue 'i' info note
on the wrong side.
