Feature request: Make bookmark manager search on Android also find folders

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the bookmark manager
2. Add a folder named e.g. "test"
3. Use the bookmark manager's search function to search for "test"

What is the expected behavior?
The folder should be listed in the search
results.

What went wrong?
The folder is not listed in the seaech results.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.111  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 
Flash Version: 

On desktop Chrome, this is already implemented.

This seems like a reasonable feature request and something we should support on Android, especially since it looks like this is how desktop behaves.

I do agree with the P3 triage, so moving owner to cc list per warning "Available issues should not have an owner, please use cc or the Assigned status"
