[Autofill] Handle placeholder format changes.

Sometimes websites change the format of the placeholders. This
makes us detect the second one as a value entered by the user,
and then we miss the field.

Solution:

While filling the form in the renderer, compare the placeholder value
with the element value case-insensitively.
