Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Boot the chrome book and enter the credential to login
2.go to settings page click on people->Screen lock
3.screen lock enable the "Show lock screen when waking from sleep"
4.press the power button once
5.display will go off .
6.Press power button again once

What is the expected behavior?
Dut should not ask password to login

What went wrong?
Dut asking for password or lock screen appeared after pressing the power button press (after step 6)
Note:
1. Dut should ask the password only when system enters into the sleep state(s3/s0ix) with lid close/open and suspend "powerd_dbus_suspend"
