Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I change the the listbox to desired option
2. I press the Alt+A keys
3. The next page always loads with the first option value not selected option value... 

What is the expected behavior?
It should load the next page with selected option value!
If I press Tab so that the "Add" button is the focus and then press Enter it works right, if I click the "Add" button with the mouse it works right, but not with the Alt+A (accesskey option)

I recently build a web based program that was a remake of and old "DOS" program and the user did not like using the mouse so much "slowed" her down, I have not use the accesskey function before so I am not sure if this has always been a problem with Chrome. Yes we could use a different browser but Chrome works best for everything but this...
