Crash page while loading large JPG image

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.119 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Visit https://eoimages.gsfc.nasa.gov/images/imagerecords/83000/83754/gulfofalaska_amo_2014122_lrg.jpg

What is the expected behavior?
Show a large Picture (13 MB, JPEG, 17300x12000)

What went wrong?
Aw, snap!

The problem occurs systematically on large images (of more than 12 mb approximately).

The image is displayed on a version 53 or 64 of Chrome.

Tested the issue using #64.0.3282.119 on Win 10 and could not reproduce the Crash as per the steps mentioned in original comment. Able to load the image.

@jeremy.: Requesting you to try the same on latest Chrome by creating a new profile from chrome://settings with no apps and extensions and attach a sample Crash server I'd from chrome://crashes, if you still face the Crash.

Indeed as I mentioned in the description of the bug, the image is displayed on the versions 53 and 64 of Chrome that are available to me.

My problem is that my client is specifically deploying the 61 - 32 bit version of Chrome and it is only on this version that I am experiencing the problem.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Since it doesn't reproduce with Chrome 64 and that is stable and we only support one stable release there is nothing we can do to fix Chrome 61 for you if it has an issue.
