Inline images need space separation in accessible names of ancestor

Project Member Reported by aleventhal@chromium.org, Jan 31 2018

Issue description

<a href="#">The<img alt="moon">is Europa</a>

In Firefox and Safari, the link gets a name of "The moon is Europa"
In Chrome, it gets "Themoonis Europa".

We should be compatible with Firefox and Chrome

I'm not sure this is actually correct, after looking at ACCNAME. Chrome might be the only browser of these 3 that gets it correctly.

I think we get this more right than the others.
