Chrome 'add to desktop app' fullscreen resize delay on launch

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Add a webapp to desktop 2. Launch the app -> the splash screen take 100% of the window size 3. Click on the top right icon to set the window full screen 4. Close the App window 5. Reopen the App -> the splash screen does not take 100% of the window size immediatly look at the attachment What is the expected behavior? The app content should fill a fullcreen window on launch What went wrong? The app content does not fill a fullcreen window on launch. There is an unexpected delay Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

matthieu.dambrune@ Thanks for the feedback. Tested this issue on Windows 10 on the latest Stable 65.0.3325.181 and Canary 67.0.3395.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps. 1. launched Chrome and logged into the site provided in comment #5. 2. Added desktop shortcut by navigating to wrench menu -> more tools -> create shortcut. 3. on clicking on the desktop shortcut, the site is loading without any issues and no issues are observed while toggling fullscreen. Attached is the screen cast for reference. Request you to retry the issue by updating chrome to the latest STable and update the thread with the observations. Thanks..

Well, indeed the issue does not exist on your side... I tried different resolution/zoom level but I don't know what is the cause. It's probably not related to Chromium so you can close. Thanks!
