Chrome version 64 CORS issue

Reported by manjuram...@gmail.com, Jan 31 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version : 64
URL :ihttps://intuitmarket.intuit.com/voucher-check-value-pack@/fsg/ccapp/CC_Checks.aspx?ImprintID=33611774&Step=1&brand=3&pf_id=CHECK-02&redirectcrescendo=1
Behavior in Safari 4.x/5.x: Page loads fine
Behavior in Firefox 3.x/4.x: Page loads fine

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)hit this url
(2)check the console
(3)will have error saying "Access to Script at 'https://nexus.ensighten.com/intuit/us_im_prod/Bootstrap.js' from origin 'https://intuitmarket.intuit.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'https://intuitmarket.intuit.com' is therefore not allowed access."

The same is working fine in version 63.

Loading that page doesn't produce the error for me in 64.0.3282.119. Do I need to interact with the page in some way to make it try to load the resource?

Closing this out. If there's a page on which the issue reproduces, I'm happy to take a look, but there's not enough detail here for me to do anything useful.
