Issue description<b>Chrome Version: <Copy from: 'about:version'></b> OS: <b>See <http://www.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-memory-details> to</b> provide memory usage snapshots. URL (if applicable) where the memory bloat occurred: Can you reproduce this memory bloat? What steps will reproduce this memory bloat? (1)If user enters 18734761 characters in search (2)And user clicks on search button (3)After user clicks search button the chrome consumes more than 3GB of space in RAM. (4) It restrict to perform other functions because of memory usage *Please note that issues filed with no information filled in above will be marked as WontFix*

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10, mac 10.12.6 and ubuntu 14.04 using latest stable #64.0.3282.140 and latest canary #66.0.3336.5. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ (1)Entered 18734761 characters in search (2)Clicked on search button (3)Observed in chrome task manager that memory consumption was in MB not in GB. reporter@ - Could you please let us know the reported chrome version and the OS in which the issue was observed. Also please upgrade chrome to latest stable #64.0.3282.140 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.
