Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open my HTML file.
2. Click on the "text link": working.
3. Click on the "send" icon: not working (open the <details> element).

What is the expected behavior?
A click on the icon should open the linked web page.

What went wrong?
It opens the <details> element.
